Versagrit® — Our Toilet Seat Material

our own, original and exclusive formulation

Versagrit® is our own thermoset blend — formulated, mixed, and molded inside our Egypt factory. The recipe has been refined batch by batch since the mid-1990s. Beyond toilet seats, the same composite finds its way into electrical housings, household items, and other industrial applications.

One material. Many shapes. Same family running the floor since 1993.

Its sandy appearance before it is transformed. It is a concept that originated in the United States in 2004 to define the effort, enthusiasm, and persistence in achieving a long-term goal, cultivating passion and perseverance, values with which we identify as a company.

SGS

certification

The plant-based and recycled content claim is not a marketing line. SGS — a global testing and certification firm — audited the Versagrit® composition and confirmed that about 60% of the material comes from plant-based, organic, residual, and recycled sources. We keep the certificate on file for buyers who want to see it.

PEFC

certification

At G Systems Co., we have certified our Versagrit® material with PEFC: Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification. Thanks to this certification, we offer our customers assurance that forest areas are managed sustainably, taking into account social, economic and environmental aspects. It also guarantees our sustainable management practices and the origin of our raw materials.
