Three decades of toilet seats, built on the same factory floor
G Systems Co. was founded in 1993 in 10th of Ramadan Industrial Area, Egypt. We make toilet seats and covers — that is what the building does. The materials are Versagrit®, a thermoset blend we formulate ourselves, and Duroplast, the industry-standard urea-formaldehyde compound.
For more than three decades we have supplied sanitary porcelain manufacturers across the region and beyond. The company is family-run. The factory is one building. The work is the same every day.
Three decades on the same craft. Our toilet seats and covers — both in Versagrit® and Duroplast — earn their reputation the slow way: through the formulation we mix in-house, the finish that holds up after a thousand close cycles, and the molds we maintain ourselves. Porcelain brands keep coming back. That is the only benchmark that matters.
One factory in 10th of Ramadan Industrial Area. Roughly 25,000 m² of production space, around 180 people on payroll, and over 85 million toilet seats and covers shipped over the years. We do not chase scale for its own sake. We chase the next seat that closes the way it should, on porcelain that actually fits — and a brand relationship that lasts longer than the warranty.
G Systems Co. is the name on every seat and cover we mold. It carries the family that runs the place, the team that runs the line, and the city that has hosted us since the early 90s.

Family-business roots to a 1993 founding in Egypt — and the work since
Complementos Sanitarios is born: First company of our industrial conglomerate, dedicated since its origin to the manufacture of toilet seats.
The plastic-components craft begins. Early work shaping polymer parts for sanitary ware — the engineering tradition that would later anchor our Egypt operation.
We open our own toilet seat paint formulation and production plant.
We install our first manufacturing Robot (there are currently over 40 robots in all our factories).
Automated painting line for toilet seats (1.500pz/h – 1.4 km length).
Capacity expansion in 10th of Ramadan. A second molding line goes online to meet rising orders from regional porcelain brands.
We add Duroplast toilet seat production to our Egypt line, alongside Versagrit® — giving porcelain brands both material options under one roof.
First manufacturing cell of Duroplast toilet seats that is 100% automated.
We open our design centre for the development of new products and solutions.
The Versagrit® brand is born to name our natural-origin material with which we manufacture our toilet seats, as well as other industrial applications.
