Duroplast Toilet Seats — Manufactured in Egypt

The thermoset porcelain brands have specified for years

At G Systems Co. we molded Versagrit® first. Duroplast came later, in the early 2010s, when porcelain brands kept asking for the urea-formaldehyde standard their spec sheets already named. So we added a Duroplast line and built it to the same finishing tolerances we already ran for Versagrit®.

It is hard. It resists scratches the way a daily-use seat needs to. It is naturally white, so we skip the paint step. And we can add an antibacterial coating on request — useful for healthcare or hospitality buyers.

Long service life. The seats outlive most of the bathrooms they ship to.

Crisp finish. Even gloss. No streaks under bathroom lighting.

Handles the strong bathroom cleaners — bleach, ammonia, citric — without dulling.

White out of the mold. Saves a paint step and the cost that goes with it.

Surface stays smooth to the touch — slight porosity helps with finish adhesion.

Add an antibacterial treatment on request. Standard for healthcare and hospitality orders.
